There are 168 hours in a week. How do you spend it? How much time do you sleep, or work, or even play and relax? Out of those 168 hours, how many do you spend at a Miami bootcamp gym? 168 hours seems like a large amount, but at the end of the week you have to wonder where all the time went. Did you spend it well?

Honestly, most people will say that they didn’t spend enough time at their favorite fitness classes in Miami. Some will probably to so far as to commit themselves to going more next week to make up for it only to find that the new week has its own set of obstacles and distractions and so on and so forth. If that sounds like you, don’t feel bad or guilty about skipping out on your Miami fitness classes every now and again. Even if you are only going once or twice a week, you’re still above the curve, with all things considered. Life gets busy and schedules fill up and that doesn’t even account for all the things that you can’t plan for that will eat up your time. Free time is precious and you have to budget it accordingly.

Realistically though, you can get a great full body workout in just an hour at a Miami bootcamp gym. If you go 3 times a week, that is only 3 hours out of the total of 168. Only the most diehard workaholic or working parent might not be able to set aside 3 hours out of their week to pursue their fitness goals. Though it is possible to find a Miami bootcamp gym with such flexible scheduling to even allow these super busy working parents and workaholics to get in a class or two.

The point is that we have time and we choose what to do with it. We choose how to spend it and if our health matters at all, then finding at least a couple of hours to get into your fitness classes in Miami will be a priority for you.
